Islip wildlife control tip of the month:
He also said that the mouse hole that was in the wall behind the tub was
still open, you could still see through it, Islip animal control it had not been closed up in any way.
I cross-questioned him on all this to make sure, and he said he was sure. So next day
I called the trapper, asked him how it had Islip animal control gone. He said "you're good to go" and indicated
he was all finished except for some touch up paint on the woodpecker holes (which the painter
had previously sealed off his way, and the trapper said he had to re-do). I said that's not what
I heard, I heard you didn't finish the job and only did Islip pest control about 14'. He wanted to know Who said
that?? and when I told him, he said that is a lie and he was very indignant that anyone would say
such a thing. This went back and forth. I started to think Islip pest control maybe the painter was lying or exaggerating
or didn't know what he was talking about. So I asked a builder to look at it since he was there to
give a bid. He confirmed exactly what the painter had said, about 14' of sheet metal had been installed
and that was it. Later someone measured this and it was Islip wildlife removal actually 10'. Then my husband called him to discuss
it, and after that is when he emailed, and you can see the rest of the story in the emails below.
As indicated in the exchange, my husband did indeed go Islip wildlife removal there, he had the money in-hand, with our high
hopes that we had somehow been misinformed.
APRIL 16 FROM THE TRAPPER TO ME: B, Your husband called me today informing me that he has hired 2
companies to check up on my work and that both have said I have Islip wildlife removal not done what I claimed to have done.
I am requesting you provide the names of these companies? While I do not believe your husband actually
hired any company to check up on my work in the event he did I should Islip wildlife removal be allowed to question their findings.
I believe your husband is making false claims to get out of paying for services rendered because the
hard work has been done. In the State of Long Island, New York failing to pay a Islip animal trapping contractor gives me authority to
place a mechanics lean on your property. Because the work was not finished I have attached a partial
invoice for only the work that has been done. The due date on that invoice Islip animal trapping is May 1st. Because of the
accusations your husband has made and the fact that I believe this is a blatant attempt to defraud me I
will be filing the paperwork for a mechanics lean Islip exterminator on May 2nd if payment is not received in full by due date.
Attached is a copy of the signed contract and your invoice.--- THE INVOICE WAS FOR $750. BY THE WAY, THE
CONTRACT DID NOT SPECIFY HOW EXACTLY HE WAS GOING Islip exterminator TO DO THE EXCLUSION.
